[30 Mar 2006|05:17pm] [ mood | rejuvenated ] [ music | h2o-role model ] yeah i've made a promise to myself to lose major weight at LEAST 10 pounds seriously, this sounds mad shallow but i gained tons of weight and i really don't like it so i'm going to try to cut down on fast food(ugh, impossible) and i've been working out my arms for the past several weeks, so far so good, i need to do more crunches and run at least 20 minutes on the treadmill a day this better work, i guess fitting into my prom dress comfortably is hopefully enough motivation hahah post comment
